Thank you for choosing Ana’s Housekeeping, a trusted cleaning service in Portland, Oregon. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Ana’s Housekeeping (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the client (“you” or “your”) regarding the use of our cleaning services.
We offer a variety of cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, one-time cleaning, and customizable options. Full details of our services are available on our website.
Scheduling and Estimates:
- To schedule a cleaning, contact us through our website or phone number.
- We provide free estimates based on the size and condition of your property and the desired cleaning service.
- Confirmation of your appointment requires your acceptance of the estimated price and a deposit of 50% as a legal commitment to services offered by Ana’s Housekeeping.
Access to Your Property:
- You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property during the cleaning service.
- You can provide a spare key, garage code, or arrange for self-entry if preferred.
Payment:
- We accept cash, checks, credit cards as well various electronic payment platforms.
- Payment is typically due at completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellations:
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of any scheduled cleaning service to avoid a cancellation fee.
- The cancellation fee is 50% for residential cleanings and for commercial cleanings.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
- We are committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with a specific aspect of the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of the service.
- We will return to your residence at no additional cost to address the issue.
Liability and Insurance:
- We carry general liability insurance for your peace of mind.
- In the rare event of an accident causing damage to your property, we will work with you and our insurance company to resolve the issue fairly.
- We are not responsible for damage to fragile items, lost or stolen items, or pre-existing damages.
Client Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for removing valuables, fragile items, and hazardous materials from cleaning areas before the service.
- Please remove any pets temporarily from cleaning areas until the entire Cleaning Service is completed.
- Please disclose any pet allergies or special cleaning requirements in advance.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Termination:
- We reserve the right to terminate service at any time with written notice for any reason.
- You may terminate service at any time with written notice.
Changes to Terms of Service:
- We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website.
